Halian is growing its Swiss Technology Recruitment team, and we're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants at Consultant, Senior or Principal level to join us in Dubai.
Working closely with our Associate Director – Switzerland, this is a 360 recruitment role where you'll develop new business, build client relationships and deliver specialist technology talent across the Swiss market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and grow client relationships across Switzerland alongside our Associate Director.
- Generate new business and recruitment opportunities through proactive BD and market engagement.
- Build relationships with hiring managers, technology leaders and key decision-makers across Swiss organisations.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement qualification through to successful placement.
- Source and headhunt specialist technology professionals across the Swiss market.
- Build and develop your own client and candidate network.
- Develop expertise across areas such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP, Digital & Product and Transformation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within technology/IT recruitment.
- Experience recruiting within the Swiss market.
- Strong 360 recruitment experience across both business development and candidate delivery.
- A track record of developing client relationships and generating recruitment opportunities.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- German or Swiss German language skills.
- Commercial, proactive and confident developing new business.
- Ambitious, resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
We're particularly interested in recruiters who have worked across Zurich, Basel and Geneva and understand the Swiss technology and hiring landscape.
This role is based in Dubai, and we're open to experienced Swiss-market recruiters currently based internationally who are interested in relocating to the UAE.
