The Job
We are recruiting for a Commercial Partnerships Coordinator to support the NZ Commercial Director and contribute to the business & client satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of submissions, reports and working with external contractors with installing key projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and processing documents pertaining to commercial proposal needs and requirements
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate key development projects
- Handling client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Creating mock ups for screen formats and placements
- Booking and confirming site visits
- General administration duties

- Previous experience in an administrative position (desirable)
