Web Publisher
Experis is partnering with a leading organisation to secure an experienced Web Publisher to join a central marketing team supporting one of the institution's key web platforms.
This is an urgent backfill opportunity supporting a busy business-as-usual function responsible for maintaining course and study-related content across a large, enterprise-scale website.
About the Role
Working within a team of five, you will be responsible for publishing, updating and maintaining content across the business website and course database system. You'll manage requests from stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring content is accurate, accessible and delivered within agreed timeframes.

- Maintaining course database content and associated website information
- Managing content requests and updates from stakeholders across the University
- Tracking work and providing progress updates through Asana
- Ensuring content is published accurately and in line with established templates and standards
- Supporting ongoing maintenance and improvement of a large, complex website
About You

- Strong experience using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Experience maintaining content on large, enterprise-level websites
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple requests and competing priorities
- Experience working within a large and complex organisation
Desirable Experience

Important Notes
This is not a developer role.

If you have experience managing web content for a large organisation and are available to commence at short notice, we'd love to hear from you.
