Job Role: Territory Head
Experience: 10+ Years in core Life Insurance with 4+ Years experience of team handling
CTC: Up to 17 LPA + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
- Own complete territory sales targets and revenue delivery
- Manage and develop First Line Leaders (CSMs / Sr. CSMs)
- Drive bancassurance business through strong bank relationships
- Improve persistency and control attrition
- Ensure strong product mix and upsell performance
- Monitor business through MIS and performance dashboards
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10+ years of experience in core Life Insurance
- Minimum 5 years of team handling experience
- Strong background in Insurance or BFSI channel sales
- Good exposure to bancassurance model
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven and target-focused
