We're partnered with a fast-growing healthcare technology company that's transforming how patients are matched to clinical research opportunities.
They're investing heavily in machine learning and data science and are hiring multiple Senior Data Scientists to build production ML models that directly influence patient outcomes, product strategy, and business growth.
This isn't a research-only role or one where models sit in notebooks. You'll own projects end-to-end—from identifying opportunities and developing models through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement—working alongside Product and Engineering to ship solutions used in production.

What You'll Do
- Build and deploy predictive machine learning models that improve patient matching and engagement.
- Design and evaluate experiments to drive product and business decisions.
- Develop recommendation systems and forecasting models.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Monitor production model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Influence the future direction of AI and machine learning across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Data Science experience.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models into production.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimentation.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Passion for solving complex business problems using data.
Nice to Have
- Healthcare, life sciences, biotech, pharma, insurance, or other regulated industry experience.
- Experience with recommendation systems, forecasting, causal inference, or Bayesian methods.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern machine learning tooling.
