- 8+ years of software development experience with 6+ years of hands-on Python development.
- Strong expertise in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, or Cassandra.
- Experience with Azure, GCP cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, Event Hub, or RabbitMQ.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, system design, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to create technical documentation and follow security and development best practices.
