Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across retail, firewall, data center, wireless, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper networking technologies, network security, troubleshooting, and network operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance, availability, and health across retail, firewall, and data center environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents and connectivity issues.
- Manage network-related tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to L3 engineering teams when required.
- Participate in on-call rotations and major incident support activities.
- Support and maintain hybrid network environments.
- Troubleshoot connectivity between cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Support data center network operations, maintenance, and infrastructure changes.
- Assist with network monitoring, performance optimization, and operational improvements.
- Follow established network security, change management, and operational procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networking environments.
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network protocols.
- Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure and production environments.
- Knowledge of firewalls, wireless networks, cloud connectivity, and SD-WAN.
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-call and high-availability environment.
