Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plumber role based in the Greater Cleveland area. The Plumber will diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, malfunctioning fixtures, and piping problems in residential and commercial settings. Day-to-day tasks include installing and maintaining water heaters, pipes, valves, and other plumbing components, as well as performing routine inspections to prevent future issues. The role involves responding to service calls, providing clear explanations of work to customers, and completing documentation of services performed. The Plumber will collaborate with team members, follow safety standards, and uphold company quality and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial systems.

- Candidates should possess experience working with pipes, fittings, and related materials, including cutting, joining, and replacing piping components.

- Candidates should possess maintenance and repair skills, including preventive maintenance and efficient resolution of common plumbing issues.

- Candidates should possess effective customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and respect for clients’ homes and businesses.

- Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or equivalent, plumbing apprenticeship or trade school training, and a valid plumbing license or certification (where required).

- Ability to use plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment safely, follow local codes and regulations, and maintain clean and organized work areas.

- Reliable transportation to job sites in Greater Cleveland, punctuality, and the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
