Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Test Shore Support Analyst supporting the Missile Defense Agency’s Director of Test (DT) Test Resources Directorate at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC) on Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. The Intermediate Analyst will hold a critical role in logistical, facility, and security support for test events. This role requires active coordination across multiple entities to ensure seamless event execution. Working in close coordination with the MDIOC Site Support Lead, the analyst will serve as a key technical and shore support liaison for deploying teams, will maintain accountability of all deployed personnel, and will directly assist the Government Security Manager in executing Information Security (INFOSEC) and physical security protocols.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate daily with the MDIOC Site Support Lead to align event support priorities and ensure all tasks meet site standards.

- Develop and maintain deployed personnel accountability reports, develop emergency rosters, and ensure all deployed personnel understand site-specific safety and security requirements.

- Leverage and transform office and lab workspaces across multiple buildings in preparation for test events. This includes logistical and material support (copiers, printers, fax) to personnel deployed to the MDIOC.

- Facilitate and ensure mission participants are supplied with reliable network connections, communication services, and IT equipment as required.

- Implement Missile Defense System (MDS) Test Policy and test functional management approach, including preparation and execution of critical test documentation.

- Request, track, maintain, and issue temporary building badges and special event restricted-area badges during mission events (requires coordination with multiple security offices).

- Facilitate the timely arrival, shipping, and distribution of classified or accountable material, adapting to most current and applicable shipping process timelines.

- Assist with annual INFOSEC Program Reviews (IPRs) and conduct annual MDA INFOSEC self-inspections.

- Manage end-of-day security checks and change security container combinations as required.

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Education: BA/BS in a related field. 3 years of experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree requirement.

- Experience: 7 years of relevant experience required. Experience with DoD test processes, test support, and/or test execution desired.

- Clearance: Minimum Secret required.

- Ability to conduct basic troubleshooting on workplace technology (PCs, networks, printers, phone systems) and communicate complex issues clearly to backend IT support.

- Clear understanding of military chain-of-command, executive-level protocol, and proper etiquette required when interacting with senior-level government and military leadership.
