- Execute improvement initiatives for machinery and related equipment components.
- Responsible for planning and enhancing the plant maintenance system.
- Plan and coordinate predictive maintenance activities.
- Create and implement training programs for maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements applicable to the maintenance function.
- Verify that Maintenance department activities meet safety standards and Clean Industry regulations.
- Provide guidance and leadership to Supervisors and Administrators.
- Ensure all machine-related documentation is properly maintained and organized, including records, manuals, drawings, and historical data.
- Define, improve, and track department KPIs.
- Oversee improvement projects related to facility and building maintenance.
- Manage and monitor purchases and service contracts in accordance with the approved budget.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of mechanical, instrumentation, control, and industrial machinery systems, including injection molding equipment.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.
