We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join a well-established organization and play a key role in maintaining and supporting a secure, reliable, and high-performing network infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on networking professional with strong experience in Cisco technologies who is also interested in supporting a major infrastructure transformation to Versa SD-WAN.
What You'll Be Doing:
🔹 Configure, install, and support network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, QoS, SNMP, and IPAM
🔹 Support LAN/WAN/MAN/CAN network environments
🔹 Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and system reliability
🔹 Troubleshoot network issues involving carriers, vendors, and end users
🔹 Perform network maintenance, upgrades, patches, security configurations, and hot fixes
🔹 Support Level 1 and Level 2 network troubleshooting
🔹 Maintain network documentation, equipment inventory, and service disruption logs
🔹 Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities
🔹 Work closely with telecom providers and equipment vendors to resolve service issues
🔹 Support the organization's transition from Cisco infrastructure to Versa SD-WAN, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and cutover activities
What We're Looking For:
✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience in network configuration and troubleshooting
✔ Strong knowledge of Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing protocols, including BGP
✔ Hands-on experience with Enterprise Cisco routers and switches
✔ Experience with VPN, VoIP, wireless technologies, QoS, and firewalls
✔ Direct experience with Versa SD-WAN is strongly preferred
✔ Candidates with experience leading or supporting a migration from Cisco to another SD-WAN platform will also be considered
✔ CCNA (Routing & Switching) preferred/required
✔ Strong communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred
