Fulcrum has a position opening for a Project Manager in El Paso, Texas. Position requires set up and implementation of job procedures, techniques and engineering controls to assure quality goals are met on concrete and earthwork, manage, train, and supervise surveyors, create and review budgets and schedules. Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, and a minimum of two years of experience, ACI concrete certification, OSHA 30, and safety protocol class required.
