About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates from a reputed business school specializing in Human Resources who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in the hiring process. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to help you understand the recruitment lifecycle and succeed in the role.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed Business School.
- Specialization in Human Resources (HR).
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare recruitment reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring activities.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Training & Development
- Structured on-the-job training will be provided on recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment tools.
