We're looking for a hands-on marketing automation & CRM integration consultant to lead a defined-scope migration project for a U.S.-based fintech company in the mortgage lending space.
The project:
Migrate marketing automation from a legacy platform (MCAE/Pardot) to a modern marketing automation platform (Professional tier), integrated with a custom-built CRM system of record. This is a fixed-scope engagement with a clear finish line — sandbox-validated integration ahead of a Q4 go-live.
What you'll own:
- End-to-end platform migration — architecture through validation
- Design and build a bidirectional CRM ↔ marketing platform integration (contact/company/deal object mapping, sync rules, conflict resolution)
- Convert web forms to the new platform's native forms (via middleware/n8n), including field remapping against strict validation rules
- Configure segmentation, automation, and reporting on the new platform
- Document the data model, sync logic, and configuration for a clean handoff
What you bring:
- Proven experience migrating to a leading marketing automation platform (Professional tier+), ideally from Pardot/MCAE
- Strong command of the platform's data model, properties, and both Forms and CRM APIs
- Experience integrating marketing platforms with external systems via webhooks/REST APIs — including bidirectional sync and object ID mapping
- Comfort with middleware/payload mapping tools (n8n or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently, coordinate with an internal dev team, and hit fixed deadlines
