About the company:
Build the data and evaluation infrastructure powering Physical AI.
The company helps robotics and AI teams turn real-world data into better models. We work across simulation, egocentric data, robot learning, and evaluation, partnering with teams building intelligent machines that operate in the physical world.
We're a hands-on, globally distributed team. We value clear thinking, direct communication, sound judgment, and people who take ownership from problem definition through delivery.
Why the company:
- Work on hard problems at the intersection of robotics, AI, and real-world data.
- Work directly with research, engineering, and product teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.
- Build systems and products that customers actually use.
- Take meaningful ownership as we scale across markets, teams, and time zones.
About the role:
The company is building infrastructure for intelligent machines to learn from the real world.
As our PR & Communications Manager, you'll shape how that work is understood by customers, researchers, partners, investors, candidates, and the broader technology community.
We're looking for a strong technology storyteller who can find the signal in technically complex work, build meaningful relationships with the right media and industry voices, and lead communications around the moments that matter.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership.
What you'll own
- Build relationships with reporters, editors, analysts, newsletters, podcasts, creators, and industry voices covering AI, robotics, and enterprise technology.
- Identify strong stories across our technology, research, customers, partnerships, and market activity.
- Develop media angles that are genuinely relevant to the audience — not just company announcements.
- Lead communications around product launches, research releases, partnerships, customer wins, and company milestones.
- Write press releases, pitches, briefings, Q&As, and executive messaging.
- Prepare executives and technical leaders for interviews, media engagements, podcasts, conferences, and thought leadership.
- Develop joint stories with customers and partners that strengthen credibility across the ecosystem.
- Track the competitive and media landscape and maintain a high bar for accuracy, clarity, and judgment.
Who you are
- 5+ years in technology PR, corporate communications, product communications, or a technology-focused agency.
- Proven ability to generate meaningful earned media through proactive storytelling and relationship building.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex technology clear and compelling.
- Strong news judgment and a clear sense of what audiences will actually care about.
- Highly independent and proactive, with the confidence to work directly with executives and technical leaders.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across leadership, Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, customers, and partners.
- Familiarity with major EMEA markets and the ability to adapt messaging to local media and cultural context.
Nice to have
- Established relationships with respected AI, robotics, enterprise technology, business, or regional media.
- Experience communicating AI, robotics, simulation, developer tools, data infrastructure, or other technical products.
- Executive communications, thought leadership, major technology partnerships, product launches, or research communications experience.
- Experience building communications at an early-stage or high-growth technology company.
How we work
- High ownership
- We own outcomes, not just tasks.
- Straight talk
- We say what we see, explain our reasoning, and raise problems early.
- Low ego
- The best idea wins. Everyone stays close to work.
- Practical resilience
- Ambiguity and imperfect processes are part of the job. We work through them without losing judgment.
- Global collaboration
- We work across cultures and time zones with clarity, respect, and follow-through.
We're looking for people who want to build something meaningful — and are willing to do the unglamorous work required to make it real.
