Job Description

TSR Consulting is currently seeking a Social Media Manager - Global Performance to join our client's dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in paid social and performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and Bing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid social campaigns designed to drive subscription growth and revenue.

Responsibilities

- Build and launch paid social campaigns according to schedule while maintaining accurate tracking and naming conventions.

- Analyze audience data, historical campaign performance, and market trends to develop recommendations and improve campaign results.

- Provide in-flight and end-of-campaign performance recaps, highlighting key insights, learnings, and growth opportunities.

- Serve as a point of contact for reporting, tracking governance, and cross-functional data support.

- Troubleshoot campaign and account issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

- Develop social media strategies and media plans aligned with benchmark KPIs and revenue goals.

- Optimize campaigns across multiple paid social platforms and apply learnings from testing and research to future campaigns.

- Plan and support global campaigns across international markets.

- Pull scheduled and ad hoc reports from media platforms and maintain clean, organized, and accurate campaign data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in a paid social, paid media, or performance marketing role managing acquisition campaigns.

- Hands-on experience with self-serve, auction-based, and biddable advertising platforms.

- Experience with major platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and/or Bing.

- Strong understanding of paid media metrics and KPIs, including CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.

- Experience with campaign testing, A/B testing, experimentation, and performance diagnostics.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills with excellent data organization practices.

- Foundational knowledge of web analytics, marketing analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting subscription funnels and consumer revenue programs.

- Experience with global or international paid media campaigns.

- Understanding of cross-border campaign planning and international market nuances.

- Experience working with web analytics or marketing analytics platforms.
