In 2024, we became the leading supplier in Florida to financial markets winning awards for placements in software & research. In 2025 we ventured into the machine learning & AI space and have become an exclusive supplier to a very well known Frontier AI Research Lab.
To date we placed across HK, LDN, NYC, MIA, CHI, SF, LA, SG, Geneva, AMS & Paris. We're looking for a Lead Recruitment Consultant to come in and build with us.
This person will have a team of 3~ people by the close of their first 12 months.
Base of $100,000-150,000, team bonus of 10% & commission at 40%~.

AI space (Anthropic/ OpenAI/ xAI)
Quant Trading/ Discretionary PMs & SPMs
Quant Research (Central Liquidity Books through to Pods)
Sell Side/ Buy Side
Package:
NYC-equivalent commission plan & salary to match with no state tax in Florida.
