Job Description :
Technical Expertise:
- Veeva Vault Clinical (CTMS & eTMF): Platform administration, configuration, Veeva APIs, VQL, SQL, reporting, and analytics.
- Cloud & Integration Technologies: AWS Administration, AWS Glue, Terraform, IAM, Python, SQL.
- Enterprise Platforms: Oracle Siebel, Excel VBA, Data Lakes, RDS, Databricks, Tableau, Oracle BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Veeva Vault Clinical, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring platform stability.
- Manage user administration, security, DACs, permission sets, and bulk data operations using Vault Loader.
- Support and maintain Veeva Data Dictionary and partner-system integrations to ensure data consistency and governance.
- Develop and support reports, dashboards, and analytics to deliver actionable business insights.
- Enable cross-platform reporting by integrating data from Veeva, Databricks, Tableau, Oracle BI, and other enterprise systems.
- Utilize strong SQL and data management skills to query, analyze, and maintain data across relational databases and data lakes.
- Collaborate with business, data management, and technology teams to deliver solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
