AI Deployment and HR Policy Development

- Support the responsible deployment of AI solutions within HR, including identifying relevant use cases, testing tools and supporting users. Contribute to the creation, formalisation and communication of HR policies applicable in France, ensuring alignment with business needs and the relevant legal framework.

Required Qualifications

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR requests simultaneously and prioritise effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English

- Good understanding of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle processes

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and comfort working with HR systems/databases

- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- A collaborative, service-oriented attitude with a genuine interest in improving employee experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior internship or work experience in an HR support, HRIS, or HR operations role

- Exposure to HR process mapping, workflow design, or digital transformation projects

- Experience with or strong interest in AI tools and their practical application in HR (e.g., chatbots, automation platforms, generative AI use cases)

- Knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) or ticketing/case management tools

- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

- Interest in HR policy development and change management

- Curious, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and challenge existing ways of working
