Role Description
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing electrical systems, circuits, and components. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable, efficient, and technically compliant electrical solutions throughout the product and project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

- Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, components, wiring, and control solutions based on technical requirements.

- Prepare and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, specifications, and engineering documentation.

- Perform electrical calculations, simulations, testing, measurements, and technical analysis to verify system performance.

- Select and evaluate electrical components, equipment, materials, and technical solutions according to project requirements.

- Support prototype development, system integration, verification, validation, and troubleshooting activities.

- Identify electrical issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop effective corrective and preventive solutions.

- Collaborate with mechanical, software, manufacturing, quality, and other engineering teams to ensure successful system integration.

- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure electrical designs comply with applicable industry standards, safety requirements, regulations, and internal quality procedures.

- Support suppliers and external partners on electrical specifications, component selection, technical issues, and product requirements.

- Maintain accurate engineering documentation and ensure design changes are properly controlled and communicated.

- Contribute to improvements in system performance, reliability, efficiency, manufacturability, and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit theory, power systems, control systems, and electrical components.

- Ability to read, create, and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and specifications.

- Familiarity with electrical design, simulation, measurement, and testing tools.

- Good understanding of electrical safety requirements, industry standards, and engineering practices.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to technical challenges.

- Ability to evaluate technical alternatives and make sound engineering decisions based on requirements and data.

- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and engineering quality.

- Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and priorities effectively.

- Familiarity with CAD, simulation, PLC, embedded, or control systems is a plus, depending on project requirements.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
