We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Nagercoil.
🔹 Job Description
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing qualified IT professionals, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with clients and hiring teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Manage multiple requirements and recruitment activities simultaneously
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines
🔹 Requirements
✅ Good verbal and written communication skills
✅ Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
✅ Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques
✅ Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Willingness to work full night shift / PO shift
