JOB BRIEF

As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to build strong, long-term relationships with our clients and ensure they achieve maximum value from Quantium. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of Quantium clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, current usage of the platform, drive further adoption, ensure successful delivery of new initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand the relationship.

This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong knowledge of client operations, business judgment, stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with both senior client teams and technical/product teams.

You will work closely with our Product client analytic and support, Product, Engineering and Sales teams to ensure clients receive a consistently high level of service and derive measurable value from Quantium.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Own a portfolio of strategic clients as the primary relationship owner, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and understanding their business objectives, operating models and use cases.

- Drive client success, adoption and value realization by advising clients on the most effective use of Quantium, increasing adoption of relevant capabilities, and identifying opportunities to improve their workflows, processes and outcomes.

- Proactively manage client relationships through structured outreach, regular business reviews and strategic discussions, with a focus on client satisfaction, retention and long-term value.

- Identify and mitigate client risks by monitoring engagement, usage and feedback, addressing concerns early, and taking action to prevent escalation and churn.

- Own client escalations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved effectively and within agreed timelines.

- Identify commercial opportunities based on client needs and usage, and proactively flag cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities to the Sales team.

- Maintain clear account plans and health assessments covering client priorities, adoption, risks, commercial status and growth opportunities.

- Oversee the product client analytic and support team to ensure consistent, professional, appropriate and timely client communications, acting as the escalation point where required.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Consulting, SaaS or a similar client-facing role.

- Proven experience managing relationships with enterprise or institutional clients.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with senior executives.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify client needs and business opportunities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations teams.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and growing organization.

Preferred

- Experience working with financial services, asset management, private equity, private credit, venture capital or fund administration.

- Experience with enterprise SaaS or financial technology platforms.

- Understanding of fund operations, fund accounting, investor reporting or portfolio management.

- Experience working with clients across multiple countries and regions talent practical experience.
