We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Director to lead the growth and delivery of a global cybersecurity transformation practice across Manufacturing, Pharma and Industrial Products.
This is a senior client-facing leadership role combining strategy, transformation delivery, business development and team leadership. You will work with C-suite and senior business, technology, manufacturing and security leaders to address complex cyber challenges across the full IT/OT landscape.
The Opportunity
You will lead large-scale cybersecurity transformation programmes, from strategy and target operating model design through to implementation and managed services. Key areas include:
- OT & Industrial Cybersecurity
- IT/OT convergence and transformation
- Supply Chain Security
- Identity & Access Management
- Cyber Managed Services
- Cyber Strategy, Assessments & Transformation
- Vulnerability Management
- Incident Response & Security Monitoring
- Regulatory readiness, including NIS2 and the EU Cyber Resilience Act
You will also play a key role in identifying new market opportunities, developing client propositions, shaping innovative solutions and building long-term strategic relationships with clients and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, global cybersecurity transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
- Develop and grow strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Shape and pitch innovative cybersecurity solutions, including prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
- Advise clients on cybersecurity strategy, target operating models and IT/OT convergence.
- Work across IT, Security, Risk, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering functions.
- Build, lead and develop high-performing global teams in a multicultural environment.
- Identify opportunities to scale delivery, improve efficiency and introduce new ways of working.
- Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity, OT, manufacturing and regulatory trends.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience within Manufacturing, Pharma or Industrial Products.
- Significant experience working with global cybersecurity organisations.
- Strong expertise in one or more of OT Security, Supply Chain Security, IAM, Cyber Strategy, Managed Services, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response or Security Transformation.
- Proven business development and strategic account management experience.
- Strong understanding of OT/IT environments and industrial cybersecurity.
- Experience with global cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443 / ISA-99 and NIST CSF.
- Strong leadership experience, with a track record of building and scaling diverse, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Ability to engage and influence both technical experts and senior decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Fluent English; German or French would be an advantage.
- Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, GRID or GCIP are beneficial.
