Role Description The Customer Service Executive – Airline Cargo is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. This position is responsible for handling day-to-day customer inquiries, bookings, and service requests from freight forwarders, airline partners, and other cargo customers. The role involves managing shipment information, providing accurate flight and capacity details, resolving service issues, and ensuring timely communication across stakeholders. The Customer Service Executive will coordinate with operations and sales teams, monitor service performance, and maintain detailed records in cargo management systems. The role also includes following airline and regulatory procedures, supporting service recovery when issues arise, and contributing to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with experience managing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management skills, with the ability to maintain service standards and support continuous improvement.

- Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication and relationship-building with internal teams and external customers.

- Previous experience in airline cargo, freight forwarding, logistics, or related transport sectors is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency with standard office software and customer management systems; experience with cargo booking or airline systems is an advantage.

- Willingness to work on-site in Sydney, NSW, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
