About the role
We're looking for an experienced Business Expert - Delivery Support to act as a key link between business, operations, technology and change.
This is a senior individual-contributor role with significant influence across complex transformation initiatives. You'll help turn business strategy into practical processes, systems and ways of working, while bringing together stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities

Lead or provide subject-matter expertise across major transformation and change initiatives

Bridge the gap between business requirements, operational processes and technology

Support the implementation of new platforms, systems and digital solutions

Analyse complex business and process issues and translate them into clear, actionable plans

Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support effective decision-making

Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and customer experience

Coordinate with local, regional and international stakeholders

Support change adoption through training, onboarding and knowledge sharing

Act as a trusted "go-to" expert for business and delivery-related topics

Identify risks, dependencies and potential delivery issues and escalate where appropriate
About you
You'll be an experienced business, operations, transformation or delivery professional who is comfortable working in a complex, matrix organisation.
You'll bring:

Strong knowledge of business processes, operations and supporting technology

Experience delivering or supporting large-scale change and transformation

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

The ability to work effectively without direct management authority

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience translating complex issues into practical solutions

Confidence working across multiple teams, functions and senior stakeholders

A collaborative approach and a strong ability to build networks

Experience in financial services, professional services or another complex regulated environment is advantageous
