We’re hiring: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
Barcelona or Madrid | Office-based
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join us at a Series A AI startup in hyper-growth.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be close to the product, close to customers, and close to the action — working on real customer problems, shaping how our AI solutions are deployed, and helping build the foundations for the next stage of the company.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is already based in Barcelona or Madrid
- Can start within 2 weeks–1 month
- Is fluent in Spanish + English + French or Italian — min 3 languages required ‼️
- Has experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as FDE, Solutions Engineer, Field Engineer, Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant, or similar — a consulting background is a strong plus
- Has technical fundamentals and hands-on experience with APIs, cloud, backend/frontend, and modern software stacks
- Enjoys working directly with customers and owning projects end-to-end
What we offer:
Up to €85K total compensation, combining base salary + variable bonus. Equity in a Series A startup.
