Job Title: SEAO IT PM and CRM Owner
Primary Purpose: Lead SEAO IT projects, act as the local business liaison for Coach’s C360 CRM and Acxiom transition, and retain full Product Owner responsibility for Kate Spade’s Memberson CRM in Singapore and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the local business liaison for Tapestry C360 CRM, partnering with the global Product Owner and delivery teams to capture regional requirements, coordinate prioritization, facilitate decisions, and communicate roadmap, release, and support impacts to Coach stakeholders.
- Own the Memberson CRM product backlog and roadmap for Kate Spade, prioritize enhancements, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and represent business and customer needs to engineering and vendor teams.
- Act as the regional IT-Business liaison for the Coach CRM migration from Acxiom to C360, coordinating local requirements, data validation, UAT, business readiness, cutover planning, communications, and hypercare with the global Product Owner and programme teams.
- Champion regional customer-data governance across CRM platforms by coordinating consent, data quality, deduplication, data residency, and privacy requirements with business, legal, data, and global platform owners; maintain direct Product Owner accountability for these controls within Memberson CRM.
- Run day-to-day vendor governance for CRM-related suppliers, including RACI clarity, contract/SOW oversight, and escalation management.
- Plan and deliver the broader SEAO IT project portfolio covering scoping, timelines, budgets/CAPEX tracking, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive planning and execution for CRM and related IT projects, ensuring business sign-off and a smooth transition into production and hypercare support.
- Prepare and present executive-level project status, risk, and CRM roadmap updates and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5–8 years of IT project/programme management experience, including 2–3 years managing a CRM platform, serving as a CRM Product Owner, or acting as a regional business liaison for a global CRM product.
- Proven experience delivering CRM migrations or implementations (e.g., platform-to-platform migration, cutover/rollback planning, legacy vendor decommissioning).
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or e-commerce environments, ideally spanning multiple markets/countries (Singapore, Malaysia, or broader APAC/ANZ).
- Hands-on experience managing integrations between CRM, e-commerce (Magento or similar), POS systems, and marketing/customer data platforms (CDP).
- Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators (e.g., regional SIs, CRM vendors, cloud hosting/AWS partners) including SOW governance and RACI definition.
- Track record running UAT/SIT cycles, cutover events, and post-go-live hypercare for enterprise systems.
- Experience working with regional/multi-country data privacy requirements (e.g., Singapore PDPA, Malaysia PDPA) is highly desirable.
The accomplished individual will possess
- CRM & Customer Data: Strong understanding of customer data models, deduplication/match-merge logic, consent management, and cross-channel identity resolution.
- Product Ownership & Business Liaison: Strong Memberson CRM backlog ownership, requirements elicitation, prioritization, and acceptance criteria, combined with the ability to translate local C360 business needs for global product and technical teams.
- Project & Programme Management: Proficiency with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira), RAID/risk register management, Gantt-based scheduling, and structured cutover/hyper care methodologies.
- Integration Literacy: Working knowledge of API-based and file-based (MFT) integration patterns, cloud data platforms (AWS Data Fabric), and reporting/analytics pipelines (Snowflake, Power BI, or similar).
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Ability to manage multiple vendors concurrently, resolve cross-vendor disputes (e.g., infrastructure vs. application ownership), and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
- Analytical & Data Skills: Comfortable working with SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools to validate data quality and track project/CRM KPIs.
- Communication & Executive Reporting: Ability to produce clear, concise, structured executive updates, business cases, and CAPEX justifications for senior leadership.
- Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodology fluency, adaptable to project type (CRM enhancement vs. large migration programme).
An outstanding professional will have
- Strong ownership and accountability—comfortable owning the Memberson CRM product roadmap while serving as the trusted regional point of contact connecting Coach business stakeholders with the global C360 Product Owner and delivery teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the discipline to manage multiple concurrent projects and vendor relationships without losing sight of data governance requirements.
- Effective collaborator who can work across markets (Singapore, Malaysia, broader ANZ) and functions (Marketing, Retail, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance).
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing priorities typical of a scaling regional IT function.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates risks (e.g., vendor support sunsets, data gaps) and drives mitigation before issues escalate.
- Culturally sensitive and adaptable communicator, able to engage effectively with regional teams and global/US-based stakeholders.
- Calm under pressure during critical events such as system cutovers, go-lives, and hypercare periods.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner).
- Additional certifications in CRM platforms, cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS), or data privacy (e.g., PDPA practitioner certification) are an advantage.
