Role & Tasks
- Design end-to-end solutions for wireless products, lead the system integration of delivery solutions, and ensure successful project delivery and stable network operation.
- Build the serviceability of product solutions, design forward-looking serviceability solutions based on the evolution of networks and products, and achieve low-cost, high-quality, and digital delivery.
- Implement the delivery solutions and ensure network quality and customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Proficient in knowledge of wireless products such as 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
- At least 2 years of experience full time (after finishes the major)
- Skills in Java and Excel macro tools are preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
- Work location: Santa Fe, CDMX. (We have transportation services in some points)
