About Eno Health

Eno Health is an AI-powered platform designed to be the ultimate decision-support system for healthcare providers seeking to facilitate personalised care and long-term wellness for patients. We are building a compliant, secure, and European-sovereign biomedical AI solution for personalised healthcare. The platform streamlines practitioners' workflows and patient data processing, enabling faster, more precise clinical decisions.

Role Description

Eno Health not only reaches patients directly but also improves their health through professionals and partners: functional-medicine practitioners and clinics that use Eno Health's AI Platform as their biomedical backbone to bring their patient base onto the platform; laboratories whose results flow into it; and data partners whose integrations feed it.

You will own those relationships from signed agreement onward, through go-live and into steady state. Delivery gets a partner live; success keeps them active, growing, and renewing. This role is both, deliberately: in a B2B2C model, a practitioner who goes quiet is churn for their entire patient base, so the person who onboards them is also the person accountable for their ongoing health.

Today that motion is founder-led and bespoke. Your job is to turn it into a repeatable delivery machine: a clinic onboarded in days, not weeks; a laboratory integration that follows a playbook rather than a project; and the first reference customers whose experience sells the next ten. As we open new markets, you will be the person who makes market entry and execution an exercise, running the same playbook with local partners rather than reinventing delivery in each country. This is a hands-on role that fuses two disciplines usually split across departments: implementation delivery and customer success. You will not write code, but you will live one conversation away from the people who do. You will be fluent enough in the platform's data flows to scope an integration honestly and say no to one that isn't ready.

You will run multiple implementations in parallel while carrying the live base: leading practitioner onboarding, chairing lab-integration calls, running review and check-in cadences with active practices, spotting the account that has gone quiet before it churns, unblocking issues between partner technical teams and our engineers, and reporting delivery and account-health status the founders can act on. Expect direct customer contact daily, in Dutch and English at minimum. You will also feel the texture of an early-stage company: some weeks you are building the playbook, other weeks you are the playbook.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Brussels Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

- A track record of owning B2B implementation or delivery end-to-end in health tech, SaaS, diagnostics, or another domain where go-live has real operational stakes, and from kickoff through go-live to steady state.

- Customer-success craft alongside delivery: you have owned a portfolio of live accounts, run health-scoring and adoption metrics, designed intervention plays for at-risk accounts, and can show the retention or expansion numbers you moved. Renewal-mindedness is core to this role, not an adjacent skill.

- The relationship instinct that underpins both is that you build trust that survives a rough go-live, you hear the concern behind the question, and customers pick up the phone to you before they escalate.

- Technical fluency without an engineering title: you can read an API specification, follow a data-flow diagram, and hold your own in an integration scoping call. Familiarity with health data exchange (HL7/FHIR, lab result formats) is a strong advantage.

- Structured project management as a habit: plans with owners and dates, risk logs that get read, status reporting that is honest before it is polished. Method-agnostic; discipline non-negotiable.

- Customer-facing excellence with professional audiences: you have managed implementations for demanding, expert customers, as clinicians especially value someone who respects their time and their competence.

- Process-building experience: you have taken a bespoke, founder-led, or ad hoc motion and turned it into a documented, measurable, transferable playbook.

- Comfort with regulated environments: you understand why some steps cannot be shortcut, and can explain that to a customer without hiding behind "compliance says no."

- Laboratory, diagnostics, or LIMS-adjacent delivery experience: you have onboarded labs or clinical data providers before and know where those projects actually stall.

- Experience in practitioner-led or clinic-channel commercial models, such as B2B2C health, dental, veterinary, or allied-health platforms.

- International rollout experience: delivering the same solution across markets with local partners.

- Account-expansion experience in a B2B2C or channel model: growing an account's end-user base, upsell motions with professional customers, or community-building among practitioner networks.

- Familiarity with medical-device or quality-managed delivery contexts (ISO 13485 environments).

- Professional fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in French or Arabic is a strong advantage for our markets.

What We Offer

- The chance to design a delivery function from zero at the moment it becomes the company's growth engine.

- Competitive salary and an equity package.

- Hybrid working from our Brussels base, with flexibility for remote work and occasional travel to the UAE.

- Direct collaboration with the CEO, CPO and founding team.
