Company Overview

Campfire is an award winning Social first digital agency, founded on values of Honesty & Integrity, Exceeding Expectations and First Principle Thinking. Holding some of the world’s leading brands on our client roster, we pride ourselves on innovating and creating performance driving firsts for our clients.

We believe in meritocracy. If you want to work for an agency who will invest in you and your career, Campfire is the right place for those willing to step up and deliver as part of the team and for our clients. With quarterly PDPs rather than annual, your career can move as quickly as you do.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to sit across the full Growth function. This is a genuinely varied role for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both sides of agency growth: winning new clients and building the brand that makes winning easier.

As the role spans across the Growth function, the day to day requirements will sit across many activities. You could be working on an exciting new business pitch, drafting a thought leadership piece for a senior stakeholder, curating an award entry with the client services team or making sure our outbound programme is running like clockwork. You will work closely with senior leadership and see first-hand how an agency grows.

What are the key responsibilities for the role?

New Business

- Run and optimise our outbound and nurture programmes in HubSpot, keeping pipeline updated, sequences sharp and follow ups timely

- Support targeted outreach to prospective clients, researching contacts, opportunity spotting and helping craft messaging that cuts through

- Personalise new business proposals for specific prospects, working with the wider team to make every touchpoint feel considered

- Taking discovery calls for prospective clients, understanding their brief and why Campfire suits them

Marketing

- Develop and maintain case studies that showcase our best work, working with client teams to capture results and tell the story well

- Build Campfire's social presence, planning, designing and publishing content that reflects who we are and the work we do

- Support on award entries, including identifying the right categories, gathering inputs, drafting submissions and hitting deadlines

- Draft and distribute thought leadership, turning the ideas of our senior team into articles, posts and points of view that get noticed

- Support agency and external events, from planning and logistics through to follow-up

Required Skills For Our Team..

- 1 to 2 years' experience in social media marketing, new business or agency environment

- Strong copywriting skills

- Organised and deadline-driven, comfortable juggling multiple workstreams without letting quality slip

- Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM, or the aptitude to pick it up quickly

- Commercially curious: you want to understand how agencies win work and grow

- A self-starter who spots what needs doing and gets on with it

- An eye for detail

What do we expect from our team?

At Campfire we are committed to providing all our campers with a healthy, safe and supported work environment, where everyone is able to be themselves, work freely and express their creative passion. We do ask that in order for us to do so, you comply with our behaviour expectations.

Campfire share their values, not as words on a wall but as something we naturally live and breathe every single day, and as part of our recruitment process we will ask specific questions around culture to ensure all new campers are aligned with our three core values: Clarity, Honesty & Integrity | Exceeding Expectations | First-Principle Thinking

- What do we offer our team?

- 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, christmas shutdown, the day for your birthday

- Loyalty Holidays (accrue 1 extra day per anniversary year up to 5 extra days)

- X2 wellness days or £100 allowance

- Hybrid working (2 days in the office, three days from home)

- Flexi-hours, our full hours are 9-5:30, but core hours are 10-4:00, the remaining hours outside of this (if you're an early bird or night owl) are up to you to decide when to work

- Discretionary Bonus (this will be part fixed salary % and part flexi % based on performance metrics - all bonuses are subject to business performance)

- Quarterly Campfire value awards

- Free fruit, snacks and plenty of beverages to keep you full for the day

- Regular social events including the big summer and christmas parties
