Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Narkatiyaganj. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for logistics and warehouse operations, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers. Daily activities include maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and tracking interviews, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting onboarding of new hires. The role also involves collaborating with local leadership to understand workforce requirements, maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and contributing to recruitment reporting and metrics. The Recruiter is expected to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive, efficient hiring experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within logistics, warehousing, or related industries.
- Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels (job portals, social media, local networks, referrals).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, local labor laws, and standard hiring documentation.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced logistics environment in Narkatiyaganj.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
