Role Description-
- Serving as a Lead / Principal Mixed-Signal & Analog Hardware Engineer, reporting directly to the Hardware Manager and taking full end-to-end technical leadership over mission-critical hardware modules for advanced medical monitoring systems.
- Driving complete hardware lifecycles from clinical requirements and system architecture through schematic capture, PCB layout supervision, board bring-up, and transfer to manufacturing (NPI).
- Leading the design of sophisticated Analog Signal Processing and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) architectures tailored for low-noise physiological data acquisition and sensor interfacing.
- Conducting circuit simulations, tolerance evaluations, and mathematical modeling using SPICE and MATLAB.
- Performing hands-on lab bring-up, debugging, and system integration utilizing advanced electronic test instrumentation.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Embedded Software, Mechanical, Systems, and Regulatory engineering teams across Israel and the US to ensure compliance with strict medical standards.
Requirements-
- 10 years of hands-on experience in Analog and Digital (Mixed-Signal) Hardware Design & Development – Mandatory
- Deep domain expertise in both Analog Signal Processing and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) – Mandatory
- Proven track record in the design, development, and implementation of complex electronic circuits – Mandatory
- Extensive hands-on experience with simulation software (SPICE, MATLAB) and advanced laboratory test equipment – Mandatory
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to drive hardware solutions from initial architecture through production and manufacturing ramp-up – Mandatory
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams locally and globally – Mandatory
- Prior hardware engineering background in Medical Devices (IEC 60601 / FDA) or high-reliability regulated industries – Significant Advantage
