Health Informatics Specialist – Generative AI & Healthcare Transformation
Remote - occasional travel to Philadelphia
I’m looking for a healthcare informatics professional to join our team and help turn emerging Generative AI capabilities into meaningful improvements for patients, revenue cycle, and healthcare operations.
This role will support a growing portfolio of GenAI initiatives—primarily focused on patient-facing and revenue cycle workflows, with some clinical applications.
The Ideal Candidate Brings
- Epic experience
- Strong ambulatory AND inpatient healthcare experience
- Revenue cycle and patient-facing workflow knowledge
- Expertise in current-state/future-state workflow analysis
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
- Experience with healthcare technology implementation and optimization
- Change management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Ability to translate complex operational needs into practical technology solutions
- Comfort working with emerging technologies and evolving AI use cases
- Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
You’ll work closely with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, technology, and digital teams to identify opportunities, design future-state workflows, support implementation, and drive adoption.
Hybrid role with some onsite work based on project needs—potentially a few times per month.
