This is your role
As a Scrum Master, you guide two to three scrum teams within our organization. These teams vary in agile maturity, from start-ups to fully operational teams, and you help them grow to the next level. You coach them on self-organization, facilitate sessions and create an environment for continuous improvement.
You work closely with the Product Owner to help the team deliver value and improve continuously. Together with the Product Owner and Release Train Engineer, you help teams stay focused on their goals and identify what is slowing them down. You actively address impediments, bring the right people toghether and help drive issues to resolution.
Around 10% of your time is dedicated to ART-wide improvements as part of the ART Governance team.

What You Bring
You're passionate about agile working and enjoy helping teams develop and grow. You communicate clearly, ask questions and bring a positive, coaching mindset to everything you do. You take initiative, are comfortable working with different stakeholders and enjoy helping teams solve problems together.
Your profile
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree;
- At least 3-5 years' experience as a Scrum Master;
- A Scrum certification and affinity with IT;
- Knowledge of SAFe, or a willingness to learn;
- Experience working with cross-team dependencies and impediments is a plus;
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal and You are currently based in the Netherlands.
