We are looking for an experienced Application Process Lead to drive application lifecycle management, process excellence and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Manufacturing IT / Manufacturing Applications
- Business Transformation / Digitilization
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience in ERP applications
- Exposure to Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing
- Application support & delivery process improvement
- SLA & KPI management
- Application performance, availability & reliability monitoring
- Stakeholder management across Business & IT
- Understanding of Web, Cloud & API-based enterprise architectures
- Basic knowledge of Databases & Integration technologies
- Experience with automation / process optimization
Preferred
Industry: IT Services / Medical Devices / Life Sciences
Certifications: Lean / Kanban / Six Sigma
Languages: English, Hindi & Tamil
Team: 3–5 consultants
