Role Summary
In this role, the ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and resilient applications. They will leverage their expertise in full-stack development and generative AI to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, coding, testing, and debugging of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Design and develop Gen AI and Agentic AI-based solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Support the business teams during UAT and rollout phases.
- Identify gaps in vendor products and propose engineering solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience in full stack software enterprise application design and development.
- Proficiency in Java, web services, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
Nice to Have
- Experience in designing banking applications.
- Certifications on Azure, GCP, or PCF.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and generative AI tools.
