Ordent is looking for a Backend Engineer (Golang)!
Ordent is a team with focus on web technologies. For more than 6 years, Ordent has helped more than 45 clients from different industries, such as Government, Non-Governmental Organization, Private Sectors, and many more.
What you will be doing :
- Participate in the entire product lifecycle, focusing on design, coding, testing, and debugging;
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services and microservices architecture;
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend integrations;
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data structures and queries;
- Implement caching and messaging solutions using Redis and other related technologies;
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems using Elastic, Kibana, and Grafana;
- Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes;
- Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to support cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments;
- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security;
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices;
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues;
- Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
You may be fit to this role if you :
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, or related field;
- Have minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (Relevant internship experience is also considered);
- Proficient in Golang (Go programming language) as the main programming language;
- Familiar with Python for scripting and automation;
- Proficient in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL;
- Proficient in NoSQL databases such as Redis or MongoDB;
- Experienced with Elastic, Kibana, and Grafana monitoring tools;
- Understand microservices architecture and backend system design;
- Comfortable using Docker and Kubernetes;
- Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS and on-premise environments such as OpenShift;
- Familiar with Git and Bitbucket for version control;
- Experience with n8n or other no-code automation tools is a plus;
- Have good problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Willing to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Willing to work onsite at the assigned office location;
- Willing to be placed and work within a banking environment / banking project;
- Willing to work in shifts if required by the project or operational needs.
