We are seeking experienced personal assistants, executive assistants, administrative professionals, and office support specialists to contribute their real-world expertise to an advanced AI training project.
No previous AI experience is required. You will use your knowledge of scheduling, communication, organization, documentation, and task management to help improve how AI systems handle everyday administrative work.
What You’ll Do

- Complete project work independently in a remote environment

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in personal assistance, executive support, administration, office management, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments without sacrificing accuracy
- Strong attention to detail in written work, scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
- Experience working independently in a remote or distributed environment
- Comfortable using digital calendars, cloud documents, spreadsheets, communication tools, and task-management platforms
- Proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and dependable working style
- Ability to provide clear explanations and practical feedback based on real administrative experience

- Experience managing complex calendars, confidential information, or high-volume communications
- Experience working across multiple time zones

- Experience improving administrative systems, processes, templates, or workflows
- Prior experience with AI evaluation, data annotation, quality review, or structured feedback is helpful but not required
