Databricks Instructor / Trainer – Italian Speaking (Manufacturing Client) — Freelance
We're looking for a Databricks expert to deliver structured technical training for a manufacturing client migrating from Azure Synapse to Databricks. You'll design and run hands-on workshops using the client's own data, provide 1:1 coaching to named engineers, and enable their internal team to operate the platform independently — all delivered in Italian.
What You'll Do
- Deliver structured technical training sessions on Databricks
- Run hands-on workshops using the client's real datasets
- Provide 1-on-1 coaching to named engineers
- Deliver sessions in Italian, on a weekly or biweekly cadence
- Support the client's transition and upskilling journey from Azure Synapse to Databricks
What You'll Need
- Senior-level Databricks certification
- Fluent/native-level Italian
- Proven experience delivering technical training, workshops, or coaching on Databricks
- Intermediate English
- Comfortable with occasional travel to Italy (~once a month)
