Role Description This is a full-time remote role responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Business Profiles reviews for a variety of clients. The person in this role will research client businesses, understand their services, and craft authentic, compliant review content that aligns with platform guidelines and ethical standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning review strategies, monitoring review performance and customer feedback, coordinating with internal teams to maintain consistency of brand messaging, and preparing basic reports on review trends and impact. The role also involves communicating with clients or internal stakeholders to clarify business details, identify opportunities to strengthen online reputation, and ensure that all activities adhere to legal and platform rules.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Business Planning skills to understand client objectives and plan review and reputation strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret review data, identify trends, and adjust approaches based on performance insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and represent their brands accurately.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, online review platforms, and basic digital marketing concepts is beneficial.
- Strong written English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow ethical and platform-specific guidelines are required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or customer feedback programs is an advantage.
