We're seeking a Research Physician to join a growing clinical research site in Gdańsk / Katowice or Czestochowa, playing a key role in the delivery of clinical trials that help bring innovative treatments to patients worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking to expand their career into the world of clinical research, with no prior clinical trial experience required.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Conduct medical assessments and clinical evaluations of study participants
✅ Ensure participant safety, wellbeing, and ethical treatment throughout all clinical studies
✅ Review screening, enrolment, recruitment, and retention metrics to support successful trial delivery
✅ Interpret study protocols and Investigator Brochures (IBs)
✅ Perform protocol-required medical duties in line with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and site procedures
✅ Review safety data, laboratory results, and participant medical information
✅ Support audits, inspections, and quality initiatives
✅ Provide clinical oversight of investigational medicinal products (IMPs)
✅ Work closely with research teams, sponsors, and other healthcare professionals
What We're Looking For
✔ Medical Degree (MD) with unrestricted licence to practice in Poland
✔ Valid ICH-GCP certification
✔ Strong general medical diagnostic and patient treatment experience
✔ Excellent attention to detail and patient-focused mindset
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and clinical systems
