We're looking for an experienced architect who enjoys taking ownership of technical decisions and staying involved throughout the entire product lifecycle: from discovery and design to implementation and continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a hands-on Solution Architect with a strong software engineering background who enjoys turning complex business challenges into practical technical solutions. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, making architecture decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and contributing code whenever necessary.
What professional skills are important to us?
Required
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years in software or solution architecture
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, containers, serverless technologies, and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and legacy system integration
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on coding experience in modern production environments
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or government
- Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or custom LLM deployment experience
- Cloud cost optimization and Total Cost of Ownership analysis
- Experience with edge computing, IoT, or distributed systems
What will you do?
As an Agentic Solution Architect, you will:
- Analyze existing business processes, systems, and technical landscapes
- Design scalable architectures, APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure
- Build prototypes to validate architectural decisions before implementation
- Contribute production code when needed
- Support engineering teams throughout development
- Review code and provide technical guidance
- Work directly with clients to understand business needs and define technical strategies
- Establish performance, scalability, reliability, and recovery objectives
- Assess security, compliance, and operational risks
- Document architectural decisions and continuously improve deployed solutions
