Job Title – Vendor Management Specialist
Work Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end vendor management lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, performance monitoring, contract renewals, and offboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and maintain accurate performance records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand vendor requirements and ensure timely service delivery.
- Review vendor contracts, agreements, quotations, and commercial terms in coordination with relevant departments.
- Support vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure vendors maintain valid licenses, certifications, insurance, compliance documents, and other required documentation.
- Identify and escalate vendor performance issues, service gaps, delays, and contractual deviations.
- Coordinate the resolution of vendor-related complaints, disputes, and operational escalations.
- Maintain an updated vendor database, contracts, documentation, and performance records.
- Support the evaluation and selection of new vendors based on capability, cost, quality, experience, and compliance.
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Operations, Facilities, and other relevant teams.
- Track contract expiry dates, renewals, SLA reviews, and other important vendor milestones.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards covering vendor performance, compliance, costs, and outstanding issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor processes, service quality, and overall operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in vendor management, supplier management, procurement, contract management, or a related function.
- Experience within real estate, property management, facilities management, construction, hospitality, or other service-driven industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of vendor contracts, SLAs, KPIs, vendor evaluation, and performance management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP, procurement, or vendor management systems is an advantage..
