Streamlining and standardizing the deployment process

Managing installation projects

Explaining robot operation to store staff

【Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing】

Creating work procedure documents and technical manuals

Streamlining and standardizing on-site operations

Sharing knowledge and improving quality within the team

◆ Experience Gained

You will gain experience in the field of "Physical AI"—a sector expected to grow

in Japan as the country faces labor shortages.

Even without prior experience, you can build the following skills with us:・Understanding the mechanics of AI robots

・Integrated skills in mechanics, electronics, and software

・On-site troubleshooting capabilities

・Practical experience in product improvement

・The speed and autonomy unique to a startup environment

◆Post-Hiring Progression

① Understand robot structure and AI mechanisms

② Master on-site tasks by shadowing senior staff

③ Begin with simple repairs and inspections

④ Option to specialize in either deployment or maintenance

⑤ Participate in improvement proposals and process design
