Project Manager
The Project Manager will be a crucial individual contributor in our digital transformation journey. This role demands a leader who can not only plan and execute projects with flexibility and resilience but also act as a change agent. Your primary mission will be to proactively find process gaps within our project delivery cycle, work with teams to address them, and ensure those improvements are embedded to benefit future projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional logical reasoning skills, a talent for identifying current and future risks, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while delivering on time and within budget.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT project management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a digital banking or financial services environment.
- Proven experience delivering projects successfully with limited or incomplete tools and resources.
Skills:
- Mastery of various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to adapt them to a continuous improvement framework.
- A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience identifying and mitigating project risks, both technical and operational.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in the Philippines (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas - BSP) is a significant plus.
