An HR Governance and Special Projects Associate is responsible for:
Workplace Governance
- Draft, review, and update people-related policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate compliance with workplace policies and HQ-mandated requirements.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across entities.
- Coordinate people-related budgets across entities and monitor contract status, approvals, and budget utilization.
Strategic Projects & PMO
- Drive cross-functional projects for the People organization.
- Coordinate project plans, milestones, stakeholder communications, and execution.
- Prepare executive-ready materials and updates.
- Support special projects from the Head of People and leadership team.
People Data & Reporting
- Own People Operations dashboards and trackers.
- Monitor recruitment, workforce, attrition, budgeting, and people metrics.
- Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Generate insights and recommendations for leadership.
Automation & AI Initiatives
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
- Partner with business and technical teams on implementation.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled people solutions.
- Improve process efficiency through technology and data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Marketing or relevant field
- At least 3 years of total experience in Project Management, Human Resources, HR Advisory, HR Transformation or Chief of Staff background
- Experience in creating management presentations
- Tech Savvy with Excel/GSheet, Powerpoint/GSlides as priority and other GSuite/Office platform
- Experience with automation tools, AI solutions, or workflow platforms and has knowledge in SQL, dashboarding, or analytics experience.
- Knowledge in MORB, Data Privacy, and other regulations is ideal
