Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Founder's Office/Program Manager role based in Bangalore-Electronic City. You will work closely with the founders to drive critical initiatives across Product,R&D, Operations, and Growth, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and tracked effectively.
Day-to-day responsibilities include structuring and managing cross-functional projects, defining timelines and milestones, preparing dashboards and reports, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. The Program Manager will also coordinate with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams, own key operational processes, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of working in a 0-1 setup at high growth startups and leading Projects to finish line!
- Strong program and project management skills, including planning, prioritization, execution tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Getting things done and Gentle Aggression is your super power
- Experience in Strategy, Business Operations with the ability to structure problems and translate them into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, presentation tools, and project management software (e.g. Notion).
- Interest in or exposure to fashion, consumer brands, D2C businesses, or AI-driven products is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documents, presentations, and status updates for internal and external audiences.
- Comfort working in early-stage startup environments, with high ownership, adaptability, and willingness to handle both strategic and operational work.
