The ideal candidate will be responsible for experimenting with diverse datasets, both structured and unstructured, to meet evolving business requirements. This role goes beyond simple prompt engineering; we are looking for a creative problem-solver who can architect and implement cutting-edge solutions using the latest in Al technology. You will be a key player in leveraging Generative Al to build powerful, user-centric applications.
● Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and deploy generative Al models and solutions.
● Excellent Python skills
● Conduct experiments with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to derive insights and improve model performance.
● Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Al-driven solutions.
● Develop and refine prompts but also focus on creating novel algorithms and architectures for innovative applications.
● Build and integrate solutions involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), Al agents, and other tools and platforms.
● Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative Al, LLMs, and related technologies.
● Ensure the solutions are robust, scalable, and provide tangible value to the end-user.
● Required Qualifications
● Proven experience as a developer in the field of Generative Al.
● Strong understanding of fundamental Artificial Intelligence (Al) and Machine Learning concepts.
● In-depth knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and their practical applications.
● Hands-on experience with Al agents, tool integration, and building complex Al workflows and systems.
● Familiarity with modern Al platforms and control planes.
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
● Experience with GenAl frameworks such as Lang Chain, LangGraph, and monitoring tools like Lang Smith.
Demonstrated ability to work with both structured (e.g., databases, CSVs) and unstructured (e.g., text, documents) data.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and drive innovation.
● Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
