Engagement Manager, Salesforce Data Cloud & CRM Analytics
As an Engagement Manager, Salesforce Data Cloud & CRM Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics initiatives for enterprise clients. You will lead high-impact projects that enhance customer data insights, optimize data governance, and implement predictive analytics solutions to improve business outcomes.
This role acts as the strategic bridge between business leaders, Salesforce technical teams, and implementation partners, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead discussions on Salesforce Data Cloud strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, set expectations, and drive adoption of Salesforce AI & Data Cloud capabilities.
- Collaborate with Digital Republic and other partners to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs.
Salesforce Data Cloud & CRM Analytics Execution
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless data integration and governance.
- Develop and execute predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), Tableau CRM, and AI-powered insights.
- Oversee the development of customer segmentation models, personalization strategies, and data-driven marketing insights.
- Partner with data engineers and Salesforce specialists to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and scalability across enterprise solutions.
Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce consultants, data analysts, and CRM specialists to execute high-quality data analytics and cloud implementation initiatives.
- Ensure project deliverables are on track, meet client expectations, and provide tangible business value.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce Data Cloud advancements, AI-driven analytics, and CRM industry trends, bringing innovative solutions to clients.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, Data Cloud solutions, CRM Analytics, or enterprise data strategy.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data governance, and integration best practices.
- Skilled at communicating with stakeholders and leadership with updates using data storytelling and providing timely, concise and actionable updates.
- Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects, stakeholder engagement, and business process analysis.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high-impact, analytics-driven solutions.
Preferred Certifications (At least one)
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce AI & Data Cloud Specialist
- CRM Analytics (CRMA) Certified
- Tableau CRM Certified
- Certified Salesforce Business Analyst
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Enterprise-level implementation, ideally Healthcare industries.
- Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
