Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our largest information technology companies in Spring, TX. This individual will own the full-cycle recruiting process for a high-volume sales hiring portfolio, primarily supporting Inside Sales and Account Manager openings. On a daily basis, they will proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, and drive candidates through the interview process from initial outreach to offer acceptance. The recruiter will coordinate interviews, provide regular pipeline updates, present recruiting metrics and hiring dashboards to stakeholders, and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process. While onboarding and background check support will be available through dedicated teams, this individual must be highly organized, responsive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Experience recruiting for Inside Sales, Account Manager, or other sales-focused roles
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload (25-30+ requisitions at a time)
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting recruiting metrics, dashboards, and req status updates
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• Bachelor's degree required (exceptional candidates without a degree may be considered)
• U.S. Citizen
Experience supporting recruiting efforts within a large enterprise organization
